The perfect combination of batting and stabilizer that offers you ease of hooping, and provides a great foundation for all your embroidery block designs.  62.3% cotton. 26.7% polyester.  11% polypropylene with special "stabilizer" between layers.  This adds a layer of stability and extra tug or pull from machine embroidery.
