 Day 1: Embroidery Essentials & Creative Projects

A full day dedicated to machine embroidery techniques, tools, and projects.

Hands-On Projects - bring your own sewing machine and embroidery module

If you do not own a module, contact us to enquire about renting one. We have very limited quantities to rent.   

Participants will complete two beginner-friendly embroidery projects.

Project 1: Lace Corner Design

Learn how freestanding lace works and how to stitch beautiful decorative elements.

Project 2: Embroidered Towel Project

A practical project that teaches hooping, placement, and stabilizer techniques.

Day 2: Machine-guided quilting and working with quilting designs

Another full day dedicated to machine guided quilting and working with quilting designs.

You will be able to enjoy the use of our:
- tables; sit / stand mechanical raise and lower
- chairs; for added comfort bring a seat cushion.

Coffee and tea will be available in our kitchenette.  Please bring a travel mug or sealed cup to avoid any spillage.  Tap water in our classroom is drinkable.

Where to lay your head at night?
For this retreat you have the option of going home to sleep in your own bed or stay at one of the local accommodations.   Upon registration, we will provide you with some local establishments in the email document we sent out.
